You can copy text on iPhone/iPad in 2 ways.

The default way is by taking an image of the content or a screenshot. Then you need to hold the image and highlight the text you want to copy from it and click "Copy". If you want to copy all of it, remember to click "Select all" or drag the blue dot and highlight the chosen text before copying.
