If you need to share your PDF files with others, UPDF for Windows allows you to send your PDF Files to other people through a link or email.
1. Share the PDF file via a link
UPDF allows you to create the link of PDF and share it with others. When you upload the PDF file, click on the Share this file with others icon. It has two different share ways, ie., Share a link, Share with others.
Share a link
It can create the link and QR code of the PDF, you can select Disable Copy/Download/Print, Expiration Time, and Unshare File. Once you have done the setting, click on Create button to create a link.
Share with Others
The share with others feature means you can share the link of the PDF with others by email. You can also select Disable Copy/Download/Print, Expiration Time, and Unshare File here. But you have to know that when the first time you share the link with others by email, you have to create the link of the PDF first. When you finish the setting, tap the Send icon to send the email.
Upload your PDF Files to UPDF, and then click the Send file by email icon on the right panel.
Then your email window will be opened automatically and you can enter the email address and send the PDF file as an attachment.
