Edit Text

UPDF offers a smooth and instant way to edit or add text in PDF with just a few simple clicks.

Edit Text in PDF

• Open the PDF file you want to edit and click the "Edit" icon from the top toolbar. It will take you to the editing mode.

• Select the text/paragraph you want to edit. You will see a purple borderline indicating which paragraph you have selected.
• Click "Edit Text" from the small pop-up window next to the selected paragraph. Afterward, take the cursor to the text you want to edit and start modifying the text.

• Other than editing text, you can also change text color, font size, text alignment, and text size. To do that, click "Edit Properties" from the small pop-up window next to the selected paragraph.
• Afterward, customize the font and text according to your preference.

Add Text to PDF

In addition, UPDF also allows you to add text to PDF easily.

• Open the PDF file you want to edit and click the "Edit" icon from the top toolbar. It will take you to the editing mode.
• Click the "Text" icon from the top toolbar.
• Click anywhere in the PDF and start adding text.
