Apple To Launch These New Products In 2026

2026 is going to be a massive year for Apple. The company's 50th anniversary and the rumors of at least 15 products launching throughout 2026 have fans expecting Apple's most explosive innovation streak in a decade. The products would span iPhones, iPads, Macs, and some new categories. So, let's look at all the rumored new products Apple is launching in 2026.

Early 2026 (January-February)

The early months of 2026 should see the release of:

iPhone 17e

Apple's most affordable iPhone 17e will be released in the early months of 2026, following the consistent release schedule of the iPhone's "e" lineup. This phone is expected to include the iPhone 17's A19 chip and may come with a unique design and a Dynamic Island in place of the current notch in iPhone 16e.

Entry-Level iPad & iPad Air

The entry-level iPad will likely come with an A18 chip, an upgrade from the existing A16 version. Similarly, iPad Air will get an update to the M4 chip.

March-April 2026

March and April of 2026 are expected to see some new product releases from Apple. The details are:

Smart Speaker with Display

It's time for Apple to rival Amazon Echo Show and similar smart devices. Apple is expected to release its first smart speaker with a built-in display. It may include a large display, an A18 chip, FaceTime support, integration with third-party apps, and more.

Wall-Mounted Smart Screen

Apple is developing a wall-mounted smart display that will serve as a home command center and integrate with Apple Intelligence. It could control appliances, navigate apps with AI, handle video conferencing, and more.

AI-Powered Siri

Apple teased the AI upgrade of Siri voice assistant back in June 2024, and it is finally coming in 2026. The AI integration will empower Siri to interpret on-screen actions better, take deeper actions within other apps, and much more.

MacBook Air (M5)

The MacBook Air is expected to receive its next refresh with the M5 chip. This upgrade should offer better energy efficiency and faster performance, along with improved battery life. No major design changes are rumored yet, but a lightweight and more optimized Air is likely.

June 2026

When talking about Apple to launch these new products in 2026, the month of June is more about software improvements rather than new products at its Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC).

Operating System Updates

Following the previous trends, we can expect the demonstration of iOS 27, macOS 27, watchOS 27, and more. However, we don't have more details on it right now.

New Apple Intelligence Features

There is a high possibility that Apple will offer prominent changes to Apple Intelligence and its AI strategy at the conference. Apple already lags in its AI initiatives, so it must provide compelling updates to win over customers.

September 2026

September is all about iPhones. So, some of the expected releases scheduled for September 2026 include:

iPhone 18 and Foldable Model

iPhone 18 series will be released in September and may include Apple's in-house C2 modem. We don't have leaks on the design changes, so it is quite early to tell what new we can expect in iPhone 18.

The interesting thing is that we might finally see the iPhone's foldable model. Since users are accusing Apple of a lack of innovation, the foldable iPhone could be Apple's big "wow" moment and a comeback move to silence critics.

New Apple Watch Models

Apple Watch models will also get some updates. We might see the release of the Apple Watch Series 12. However, updates for the Apple Watch Ultra and Apple Watch SE are less likely, as they aren't updated every year.

Smart Glasses

Apple has been working on smart glasses over the years, and 2026 seems to be the year they get a preview. The exact month is unpredictable right now, but the product might preview before the end of the year. It is expected to feature cameras, microphones, built-in speakers, and Siri support.

Other Expected Releases

2026 is also rumored to be the year that Apple launches the iPad mini with an OLED display. However, the update to the iPad Pro is not expected to come until 2027. Besides that, we might also get a camera for the Apple-based home security ecosystem.

According to the Times of India, Apple might not just release a foldable iPhone but also a foldable iPad / Mac hybrid in mid-2026. This device could have a very large foldable display and run Apple Silicon.

A major update to the MacBook Pro lineup is also planned for late 2026. The new models may come with M6 Pro and M6 Max chips. This would offer a significant jump in performance for professional workflows. Rumors also point toward a thinner chassis and a more modern design. There is even the possibility of touchscreen OLED displays.

Bonus

Beyond the upcoming new updates, we would also like to point out one crucial tool you must have on your iPhone and Mac. This tool is called UPDF — an all-in-one AI-driven PDF editor that combines editing, annotation, conversion, compression, protection, and more into a single app. The best part is that you also get an UPDF AI assistant that can help summarize/translate/explain documents and chat with any document, just like talking to a real assistant.

Final Thoughts

From what we have seen above, Apple's potential 2026 roadmap is wild. Even if Apple manages to deliver 70-80% of that, it would be an exciting year. But will Apple be able to release a foldable iPhone, smart glasses, and a new smart home ecosystem in one year?

The only thing we can do now is wait for a few months until we get more confirmed leaks from inside. Until then, install UPDF on your existing iPhone and Mac devices and have a feature-packed AI tool to manage your PDFs and more work-related activities.
