Accessing UPDF AI

Option 1: Launch UPDF and tap the "+" icon in the bottom right corner. From the revealed menu, choose UPDF AI Chat.

1. Summarize PDF

UPDF for iOS lets you summarize selective text with two to three clicks. Here is how this feature works:

• Access UPDF AI's chat mode from the Search icon and hit Get Started to prompt the AI assistant to analyze the PDF file before you begin processing.
• After the analysis ends, UPDF will offer you a comprehensive summary of the entire PDF content.
• If you want to summarize some portion of your PDF file, just copy that specified text and type the following command in the Ask PDF chat box:

"summarize this: [paste the copied paragraphs]"

• Lastly, tap the arrow icon to get a summarized version of the pasted text in a few seconds.

2. Translate PDF

UPDF AI is compatible with a wide range of languages, from English and Arabic to Italian, French, German, and more. Whether you find it difficult to understand a specific word, a sentence, or an entire paragraph and want to convert it into your mother language, you can do so with UPDF AI. Here is how:

• Copy the text that you wish to translate by selecting it.
• Access the Ask PDF feature from any options mentioned in the "Accessing UPDF AI" section.
• In the prompt box, type "translate in Arabic [paste the copied text here]" and hit the arrow icon next to the box to proceed.

• Alternatively, select text in PDF and tap on the UPDF AI option in the quick toolbar. From the drop-down list, choose the Translate option and select language.

3. Explain PDF

• Copy your desired content by selecting it.
• Navigate to the Chat Mode from the Search icon and click on the v-shaped icon in the lower left corner.
• Choose Summarize from the revealed list of options and paste your copied text into the chat box.
• UPDF AI will begin working on your prompt, and within a few seconds, you will have a summarized version.

2. Translate
