1. Ownership and Legal Protection
- UPDF and Superace are registered trademarks of Superace and are protected under trademark, copyright, and other applicable intellectual property laws worldwide.
- All goodwill generated by the use of these trademarks belongs to Superace.
- Unauthorized use of these trademarks may result in legal action.
2. General Principles for Trademark Use
You may refer to UPDF or Superace trademarks only to:
- Accurately describe or reference UPDF or Superace products and services.
- Demonstrate compatibility or integration with UPDF products (e.g., “Plugin for UPDF”).
- Provide factual information in reviews, tutorials, or educational content.
Prohibited uses include:
- Using UPDF or Superace trademarks in company, product, or service names.
- Implying endorsement, sponsorship, or partnership without written consent.
- Associating the trademarks with illegal, defamatory, or inappropriate content.

3. How to Use the Trademarks Correctly
- Always use UPDF and Superace in capitalized form and exactly as registered.
- Trademarks should be used as adjectives, followed by a generic term:
