UPDF Completes Nearly 10 Million CNY Angel Round

UPDF has just secured over 10 million CNY in angel funding. This round of funding is led by PDF upstream manufacturers, followed by a seed round investor Tanikawa; the only financial advisor is Shunyong Capital. The funding will be used for product development and talent acquisition.

UPDF, founded in September 2021, is an office collaboration platform focusing on international markets and PDF-based "productivity tools + resources." Committed to surpassing the existing tool paradigm in the business by establishing a new collaborative office data document platform and environment. The Mac version will be released officially in May 2022, and the business model and essential data indicators have been validated.

Currently, the team consists of roughly 30 people, and the core team comprises personnel from the PDF industry's significant manufacturers with extensive expertise in product development and international marketing. Having secured one round of 10 million CNY in the past, it will boost investment in production and research, as well as the creation of the UPDF platform and ecosystem, after securing this financing.
