AI-Generate Stickers for PDF

Decorative stickers are a great way to annotate PDFs and make them more engaging. But finding the right designs is not always easy.

Local design resources are often limited. And searching online for high-resolution graphics can take hours. Many websites also charge fees for downloading stickers, which can slow your workflow even more.

Instead of spending hours finding the perfect sticker, you can create one instantly with UPDF’s AI-Generate Sticker tool. It helps you create high-resolution stickers from text prompts.

Follow the detailed guide below to learn how it works.

Part 1. How to AI-Generate Stickers with UPDF

The AI-Generate Stickers tool in UPDF lets you create brand-new sticker designs from scratch. All you need is a simple text description, which you can type in manually or use preset prompt options to save time. Either way, you can generate three high-quality sticker images from a single prompt.

Here are the steps.

Step 1. Open your desired PDF in UPDF. Then, click “Tools” from the top and select the “Comment” mode.

Step 2. Select the “Sticker” option from the top toolbar. This will open the Sticker menu. From here, click the “Generate” button under the AI Generate Sticker section.

The window for the “AI Generate Sticker” tool will open. From here, you can use two methods to design new stickers with AI.

Method 1. Generate Stickers with a Personalized Prompt

The first option is to manually describe the sticker you want to generate. This option gives you complete freedom over customizing the sticker design. You can add several details about the sticker type, aesthetic, colors, and more.

Here’s what you’ll need to do.

Step 1. Write a description of the sticker you want to generate in the text box under the “Describe the Sticker” section. Include specific details about the sticker type and appearance.

Once you're done writing your prompt, click the “Send” button.

Step 2. UPDF AI will produce three high-quality PNG sticker images with 1024 × 1024 dimensions. These can be viewed under the “Generated Sticker” section.

Method 2. Create Stickers Faster with Preset Options

Apart from creating personalized prompts, you can use preset prompts to speed things up. Selecting these presets automatically adds a smart text description in the prompt box. You can still edit and add more details to it if needed.

Here’s how it works.

Step 1. Find the sticker presets below the prompt box and click the one you want to generate. The description for the corresponding sticker will be added in the text field.

Step 2. If you want to explore more presets, click the “Refresh” button on the right. This will replace the available presets with new options.

Step 3. You can edit and add more details to the description. Once done, click the “Send” button, and the AI will generate three sticker images based on your description.

Note: Please know that one AI generation produces 3 sticker images and deducts 3 credits. If the AI produces fewer than 3 stickers due to some issue, the credits will be deducted only for the images successfully produced.

Part 2. How to Use AI-Generated Stickers on PDF

Whether you personalize your prompts or use preset options, UPDF lets you place the stickers directly on your PDF. You can also download them to store for later use.

Here’s what you can do.

Step 1. Once your stickers are generated, hover your cursor over the image you like. Two options will appear below the image. From here, click the “Download” icon to save the sticker as a PNG file on your device.
