You may provide input to be processed by UPDF Al Assistant ("Input") and receive the output generated and returned by the UPDF Al Assistant based on the Input ("Output"). Input and Output are your Content or Customer Data, as applicable. You will ensure that your Input and use of the Assistant will not violate any applicable law. You are solely responsible for developing, operating, maintaining, and using your Content and Customer Data.

By using the service of UPDF AI, you agree that your PDF file will be automatically and securely uploaded to the UPDF Cloud, enabling our AI technology to effectively analyze your document.

While we strive to provide the best results possible the Output obtained from UPDF Al Assistant may be inaccurate, harmful, or biased depending on the subject and quality of the input data. UPDF AI uses some of the technology provided by OpenAl, LLC ("OpenAl") and strictly adheres to OpenAI's policies. You may not use UPDF Al Assistant in a manner that violates any OpenAl Policy, including their Content Policy; Sharing and Publication Policy; and Community Guidelines.

The results provided by UPDF AI are generated by AI technology. While we strive to provide accurate and reliable results, it's important to understand that we cannot take responsibility for the content or any errors that may occur by using AI.

4. UPDF Cloud

Cloud Storage: User-uploaded documents will be stored in data centers located in the user's respective regions, such as US data centers, European data centers, etc., and will not be stored in other regions.

File Transfer Security: User files are securely transmitted using SSL/TLS-based HTTPS encryption during the transmission process, ensuring a secure transfer.

5. Enterprise Users

For enterprise users, we can support encrypted storage of files on the server to ensure the security of file storage.
If enterprises do not require UPDF cloud and AI functionalities, we can provide a version without cloud and AI.

6. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to our data practices. If we make any material changes, we will notify you by email (sent to the e-mail address specified in your account) or by means of a notice on this Site prior to the change becoming effective. We encourage you to periodically review this page for the latest data on our privacy practices. Please note the effective date listed at the beginning of the Privacy Policy.
